Pole Dance Boudoir

20/12/14
So it's that time of year when we are all manic and we are finding it hard to put as many hours into our pole dancing but want to still progress. Solution- take moves you know well to the next level, or create variations of them. Daphne is a great example. Check out daphne pole moves from basic to advanced. Some quick wins in these! Enjoy :)

It's always so much fun and so rewarding getting photographic evidence of all your pole dance progress, and of course you looking and feeling great! However despite being a real treat and having professional quality photos- professional photos can be expensive and something you have to save for. I however have a work around! Buy some material in a funky colour and pin it up as a back drop behind your pole. Then chose a cool outfit or a few, maybe a theme! Get your pole mates round and have fun dressing up, doing your makeup and hair, and get great shots of yourself. It a great girlie day! And a workout,  remember stretches can also be great shots! Check out my tie dye back drop. I got it from Amazon for £45
